Annwyl Pawb,
As the wet weather arrives, we would be grateful of donations of Wellies for our Forest School sessions! We already have some in stock, but more are needed – particularly larger sizes suitable for children in Years 3 to 6. If your child has grown out of last years wellies, please consider donating them to school!
In the meantime, it would be helpful if children could bring a pair of wellies or old trainers for their own use into school. As a guide, Forest School Days are usually:
Topaz (Year 1 only) & Emerald – Mondays Dyfrdwy & Ruby – Tuesdays Alun & Idwal – Wednesdays Tegid & Celyn – Thursdays Eryri & Sapphire – Fridays
These sometimes change at short notice, hence it would be convenient if wellies/old trainers could be left in school. However, we don’t want to put an additional financial burden on parents/carers during these difficult times.
Separate arrangements are in place for children in Tryfan and Diamond classes – please speak to Miss Harrison or Mrs Parry for further details.
We will strive to gather/purchase more wellies as soon as possible!
Diolch,
Mrs Billington
